Jake is a Central Texas native who started in the Austin area and now resides in Bastrop County. He grew up learning about real estate first observing and then working with his father who worked with realtors doing handy-man type work for them on a residential and commercial level. Later on, his brother Victor started to get into investing in properties and eventually became a contractor. This ignited a passion for real estate and architecture which is reflected in Jake's dealings with clients and other industry professionals. Whether helping the seasoned buyer purchase his next investment property or the retired executive sell the family home, Jake believes understanding critical price points in the real estate market, educating clients about every aspect of the process and open, consistent communication are keys to representing his clients beyond their expectations. Jake has a natural desire to help others, which is the most rewarding part of his career and gets the most enjoyment from his career by knowing he has truly helped his clients and their families. While in the senior year of High School in Round Rock, TX, Jake began working as a firefighter and EMT, which has since become a passion. Jake continues to be a nationally registered Paramedic and spends his free time volunteering and helping others. Jake lives in Smithville with his wife, Amanda, and their two kids.
